This is the full MERL installer including SQL Server Express. This installer is silent install compatible.
NOTE: SQL 2014 is no longer supported. Contact MERL Tech Support at merl@mtu.edu for assistance migrating to a newer version of SQL Server.

- General:
- NOTE: Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft. This version will NOT install on Windows 10. Windows 11 or newer is required.
- SQL 2014 is no longer supported. MERL will no longer allow login to a SQL 2014 database. DO NOT UPDATE to this version if your SQL Instance is 2014 or older.
- Added support for SQL Server 2025.
- Program updates and Lookup updates now use Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Average Unit Prices:
- Updated Average Unit Price data for 2020 Spec Year (including 1/1/2023 through 12/31/2025).
- Pay Item Codes:
